I’ve been coming here for years. Dr. Zeegen saw me for more than 15 years. He referred me over to Dr. Kramer for a more specialized treatment and practitioner, and he’s been really excellent. I’ve been seeing him for a little over a year and I’m impressed with the care I’ve received. I’ve only ever had good experiences here, despite some of the procedures and how uncomfortable they are, they always manage to keep me grounded and in good spirits!
Dr Kramar saw me quickly about an eye emergency problem. He thoroughly examined my eye, explained what was wrong, gave me verbal and written instructions for medication dosages (which I only discovered much later when I was going through my purse). Dr. Kramar articulates clear, incisive assessments. He’s a very good, trustworthy ophthalmologist.

I love Dr. Aizuss, yet he needs to know that after being with him for 25 years, things have changed and not for the better. After my September appointment was cancelled when he was ill, they couldn’t get me in for two months.Then, I schlep all the way up to Weat Hills from North Hollywood because I hate your Encino office and I sat and waited for 55 minutes.The rude receptionist on the left kept telling me that the machine they needed for my eye tests was busy. I learned from Mark who was so lovely and kept apologizing for her rudeness that the machine was NOT busy and that there was no staff to help me. Five people seeing Dr. Aizuss came in after me according to the Sign In Sheet, and yet I saw them all go in before me. I’m disabled and did not need to sit there for an extra hour.The sad part is I had just given your name and number to my neighbor last night saying that the West Hills office is fabulous and so much better than Encino. Now, I’m not so sure. And, then, the worst part was trying to pay with a credit card and with your huge fees, you actually have the nerve to charge us extra to use a card. You should have put that in all the text and email messages that you’ve been sending me the past few weeks. That is very disrepectful that you don’t tell us that ahead of time because I would have brought a check with me. If you are going to charge that ridiculous fee, then you need to put that in a notice to us upfront. And, if you really want us to feel comfortable, no one introduced themself to me except for Eddie. Not only did he tell me his name without me having to ask, he actually had a badge on which no one else did. Wow! And, no one else told me their name unless I asked.
My experience with Dr. Stanley Saulney and his team was nothing short of outstanding. From the very beginning, everything was explained to me in detail, and the surgery coordinator Alana Carrington made sure all of my questions were answered. Scheduling was smooth, and I felt cared for every step of the way.
On the day of my ptosis repair and fat pad removal surgery, I was amazed by how comfortable and relaxed I felt. Dr. Saulney carried himself with such ease and positivity—it didn’t even feel like I was having surgery. His calm, reassuring presence, along with his smile, made the entire process stress-free.
I also want to highlight Silva Ashjian, the billing manager, who was so kind and professional throughout. Every part of this journey exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with both the results and the care I received. Highly recommend!

Dr Huynh is the best. His bedside manner is second to none and he is gifted surgery. He is the only person I would let operate on my eyes.

Ophthalmology Associates Of The Valley is the absolute best! Dr. Elkins was beyond amazing and really took the time to educate me through all my options. Dr. Elkins did my Lasik surgery. It was quick and painless! He walked me through the entire surgery which helped me feel very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Also, I don’t want to forget to mention Ana (Dr. Elkins surgery coordinator) she was professional and very sweet. She coordinated everything seamlessly which I appreciated. I’d definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.
Ophthalmology Associates Of The Valley is the best. It’s the first place I have ever been that made me feel like I had options. Dr. Lilia Babakhan is very kind and makes you actually want to see the letters clearer. Dr Zeegen and Dr Elkins are beyond amazing and really took the time and steered me in the right direction. Dr Elkins did the cataract surgery for me and it went better than expected. If I lived across the country, I would fly back to LA to have them take care of my eyes.

It’s fine once you get to the office but scheduling an appointment is difficult. They don’t answer the phone, don’t take a message or have a call back option.
Dr. Aizuss and staff are so professional, and everything works like clockwork. Waiting time is down to mere minutes, all the tests are run quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend Dr. David Aizuss!!
